	OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT.  Copyright 2002, 2007, 
W. Scott Dillman.  All rights reserved.  This computer 
program (referred to as "TalkBack" or "TalkBack v1.6") is 
owned exclusively by W. Scott Dillman and is protected by 
United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions 
and other applicable laws.  By downloading TalkBack and/or 
using TalkBack, you agree to be bound by the terms of this 
agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, 
you are not permitted to download or use TalkBack.

	USE.  You may use TalkBack to generate information for
your personal non-commercial use and enjoyment.  You may not
modify, alter, decompile or reverse engineer TalkBack or any 
part thereof. Unless you obtain the written permission of 
W. Scott Dillman you may not, directly or indirectly, use or

directly or indirectly, result from or arise out of your use
or distribution of TalkBack.
